97年8月起，原東華大學與花蓮教育大學，合併成為一所嶄新的大學。今天，無論是東華大學、原花蓮教育大學、花蓮師範學院、花蓮師專、花蓮師校的畢業生，合校之後，都成為東華大學的校友。故為能建立完善之畢業生追蹤機制，敬請您協助填答校友資料庫，以利於您與母校之連繫與互動。
畢業校友資料庫採電子傳遞形式，由學校統一管理，納入校務行政系統，可避免因人事異動等，導致資料之流失。進入資料庫，有安全密碼設定，資料僅供公務使用，請畢業校友安心填寫。
Dear Alumnus
In August 2008, National Dong Hwa University merged with National Hualien University of Education to form a brand-new university. Upon this merger, former graduates of National Dong Hwa University, former National Hualien University of Education, National Hualien Teachers' College, Taiwan Provincial Hualien Junior Teachers' College, Taiwan Provincial Hualien Normal School all turned into NDHU alumni. Please fill out the alumni database form to enable us to create a sound graduate tracking mechanism and facilitate contacts and interactions between you and your alma mater.
The university has adopted an electronic transmission method for its alumni database which is managed in a unified manner and has been incorporated into the university administration system to prevent data loss due to personnel turnover. Alumni can fill out this form without worries since database access requires a password and provided information is only utilized for official purposes.
